Cinco Coaching & Consulting was co-founded by Tommy & Jean Geary. Tommy is a retired Technology Executive whose most recent role was as a Senior Vice President, with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, leading teams of up to 5,000 people, all across the globe. His career spanned 25+ years, during which time he also held senior Executive roles with Dell and Eir. He worked internationally, living in countries such as the USA, Netherlands and Ireland. Tommy was a ‘Silicon Valley Top 50’ award winner as one of the top Irish/Irish-American technology leaders in 2017. He recently achieved his lifelong goal of retiring at 50 and has since trained to become an Executive Coach. Cinco Coaching & Consulting was setup to help others achieve their career ambitions and to help businesses thrive.
